If so, don't be worried -- this is normal. When you are pregnant, there are all sorts of hormones that you produce, some of which are passed on to your baby. Sometimes those hormones cause your newborn baby to appear to grow breasts and produce milk, but this is only temporary and will subside in a short period of time. This happens to both boy and girl babies alike and is normally not painful to your baby; however, if you are concerned that your baby is experiencing pain, see your pediatrician.

i just experienced this with my new baby girl niece. I went to change her diaper and i got scared when i saw her breast really hard and her nipples were leaking. I had never seen or heard of that in my life. The doctor explained that it's normal and that sometimes it means that she'll menstruate at an early age.
